
The Inn is open year-round, by reservation only.

Please confirm your arrival and departure dates carefully
on your confirmation letter. Check-in is 3:00 pm. If you should
arrive earlier, every effort will be made to accommodate you
as soon as possible. If you intend to arrive after 10:00 pm,
please advise us. Checkout is 11:00 am.

Rates vary with room accommodation. During peak season, there
may be a two-night minimum stay on weekends. A reservation
is not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received.
For a one-night stay, full payment in advance is required
to confirm a reservation. For a two or more night stay, a
deposit equal to 50% of your stay is required. Reservations
for meeting rooms require a 50% deposit. Personal checks,
traveler's checks, and major credit cards are welcome.

In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned
provided we are notified by 12:00 noon ten (10) days prior
to expected visit. A cancellation fee of $15 per room will
be applied to ALL deposits refunded as a result of a cancellation.
Reservations for meeting rooms require a thirty-day cancellation
and fee of $25.

The inn offers a smoke-free environment, including all guest
bedrooms, common areas and grounds.

The inn is inappropriate for young children or pets; Brandywine
Manor House Inn is a honeymoon, anniversary and special couples
getaway destination.
